Perfect for the Keto diet as it's not full of garbage like most

We are on a KETO diet and required extra vitamins but ones without the extra carbs. These were the perfect choice and appear to be doing their job. The only downside is they are quite large to swallow but then most capsule style vitamin tablet are. So maybe it’s just a problem I have 😃Delivery very quick.

Great vitamins, the only issue for me is the tablet. It is big, not coated and a difficult shape which makes it very hard to swallow. I have to cut the tablet in several pieces but even then, it gets often stuck in the throat. I would have given it a 5 star if it was easier to swallow, but it might just be me :)

I am on a low-carb diet and my GP recommended supplements to support it. This is the only multivitamin I could find in the UK that's designed for low-carb dieters. It includes extra-strong vitamins and also chromium and L-carnitine, so I don't have to take those separately. I find that it really does help with energy levels and with battling sugar cravings. I would recommend this product to anyone who is following a low-carb diet.

Like others I would say what holds this product back is the oversized tablets which do make it a challenge to swallow. I manage it, but it's not pleasant! Having said that I do think the actual pills/ingredients seem good quality and I do notice a difference since I've been taking them semi-regularly for the last few months.

I can't review the effectiveness of these, I haven't been on the diet for very long and in any case it would be a long time before micronutrient deficiencies became evident. What I can say is they at least claim to be correct in terms of a low-to-nil carb diet and they don't have a sugar coating.They are a capsule. Some might find a capsule hard to swallow, but with plenty of water I find them fine; for reference, they're noticably smaller than Nutri-Align Omega Oils.

I don't usually write reviews - I know I should! I wasn't expecting big things at all from this supplement. Usually you don't notice a big difference and it can be hard to connect it with which supplement could be helping.I was wrong - this supplement has made a big difference to me and made it much easier to leave the carbs behind and get into fat burning. I notice when I don't take it. I was worried that the green tea extract could make it hard to go to sleep - but it doesn't at all.If you are low-carbing then this supplement really helps.

They are bigger now. I hope the recipe hasn’t changed. I will update if I see any changes in my health.I only take two capsules per day because I take other supplements/vitamins.Now it’s more than three months that I am using my supplements including this one and I haven’t had any issue with hair loss or any other effects from keto diet.
