Very efficient for legs cramp as on keto diet and I am taking only 2 tablets per day.I also like that the sodium content is lower than other supplements as I can add more salt to my food if I feel i need it.

These electrolytes seem to be very good. They help me sleep and reduce leg cramping. My partner also feels they are supporting their health.

These seem to really help with adaptation to the keto diet. I take 2-3 of these twice a day which prevents me experiencing the initial symptoms of dehydration. I like that these are 0 carb, sugar and non-gmo. Will purchase again

The fact I had to award at least one star to get mentioning what I dislike about this product annoys me. I would have given no stars if I could've. 1. They are over twice the price for 'double' the amount offered elsewhere on Amazon. ("Electrolyte Plus") by 'MYVITAMINS' offer 180 tablets for £9.09, for the same 4 ingredients as NutriAlign offer. This NutriAlign bottle only supply 90 for £21.00. 2. They are so large a capsule that they take me an average of 3 tries to swallow. 3. I will never buy these again.
