good substitute for soy sauce
This has a nice flavor, slightly sweet. It is a reasonable substitute for soy sauce although I prefer a different brand.

Pleasantly Surprised
I bought this product hoping to reduce my salt intake. I was hoping I wasn't sacrificing flavor in doing so. I'm happy to say it tastes great. I think it's a little sweeter than soy but has less sugar and salt and no after taste. I used it on chicken thighs and I even used it to make a sauce for edamame. I added garlic powder and a little pepper, heated it for 40 seconds and tossed the hot edamame in it. My husband and I really liked it. I already ordered a second bottle. Definitely recommend.
