Easy replacement
When I received the jack I was concerned because the motor was on the opposite side of the jack from my original jack. When I put in on the trailer it didn’t matter at all and it installed easily. It works like a charm.

Received Damaged & Missing pieces
This was replacement order for wrong parts sent in initial order and this was a damaged, used, missing pieces. Getting a refund is difficult.

Quality leveling jack & quality company
We thought one of our 5th wheel's rear leveling jacks was not working properly (kept shearing off the clevis pin) so we ordered this replacement. It arrived when promised, packaged well, in good shape and I had it installed in less than a 1/2 hour. As it turns out this rear leveling jack was NOT the problem so I removed it and re-installed the original. As it turns out it was a front jack that was the issue. That said, we were on a trip at the time so I did not get it returned immediately, however, when we returned home I packaged it up and sent back for a full refund - no questions asked. This was a great process and a great company to work with.

worked perfect
This was a good deal. New part with damaged box so it was about 1/2 price. The part work well and was easy to install. The first time out ordered it was shipped usps and usps wouldn’t deliver it and returned it because the box was damaged. I reordered and had it shipped in an Amazon box with no problem.

No hardware
I received my jack. It came with no hardware. I have no pen to put the foot on it said right in the comments it’s supposed to come with the pin I did not receive a pin.
