Nice addition for ab work out. Using these help if you have shoulder injuries or soreness. They are well made and work great. When I'd do hanging leg raises my shoulders would hurt, since I've used these no pain and it's helped me be able to easily do ab workouts without pain.

super durable , large size, nice large clips and overall great value . fold flat , when opened they pop into shape, no guesswork . They are wide and do not dig into arms while hanging .

This are a great addition to my home gym. Very comfortable and effective at targeting those stomach muscles. My only issue is that it is twice the money as other brands, but I'm railing to see the quality difference between the two.

Very strong &good quality

As an older fitness enthusiast, I love the sling straps. They allow me to do dead hangs in spite of a torn rotator cuff. Without these straps, a dead hang felt like my arms would pull out of their sockets. Now I am making quick progress with ab strength. They look very well made and I expect they will last me for many years.The only negative is that they hang low (as fully described with the product information). I use them on a doorway pull-up bar, and they are too low for my (tall) husband to comfortably use. It actually would be nice if they came in a smaller size for shorter, lighter weight users so that I could straighten my legs.

I've had and been using these ab straps for a little over a month now and am very pleased. I use to do my hanging leg raises on a power tower that I use to have. I recently got a Power Rack and decided to get rid of the power tower but add to the power rack things like this so I could do all the work in one area. This was one of the best decisions I've made. It used to be really uncomfortable to do the leg raises on the power tower, but I find much less pressure on my shoulders with these ab straps. The difficulty of the exercise is better on the ab straps as well as you have to engage more of your core to keep from "swinging" while doing the leg raises. This creates an overall better workout as well. The durability/quality of the product seems superb as well. I about 215lbs. and haven't heard any type of stretching or noise from the straps when using them. They are VERY STURDY and i would highly recommend them to anyone interested.
