This product works excellent at reducing blood sugar levels when combined with a healthy diet. I did experience minor upset stomach at times, but overall I would highly recommend it.

This stuff works!!!! I am using this in combination with the new apple cider vinegar gummies. I am on a weight loss journey since GLP has blown up (but I am trying to find healthier alternatives instead of the shot) and this really curves my appetite. I still crave stuff BUT after a few bites I no longer want anymore. I went to a birthday celebration last night and I usually eat a big piece of cake... because I have been taking this I LITERALLY only wanted 3 - 4 bites and I was satisfied. This stuff has helped me stick to my 3 meals a day and skip the snacking throughout the day (which is where all of my extra calories were coming from). I kept hearing about "food noise" and I didn't know what that meant UNTIL I started taking these!! MAGIC. I LOVEEEE THEM. I take it in the morning. Drink lots of water & take it with a meal for sure. Buy these girls!!! Trust me.

Was pretty skeptical about this supplement but I will say my food cravings have been reduced pretty significantly and I get full from eating smaller portions of food. I will definitely be buying more.

Value for money:This stuff is life changing. I’m a type 1 diabetic and started taking these several days ago and this has done wonders for my blood sugars. Helps with lessening the spike after having my morning coffee. This has also been helping me with my appetite by keeping it down some. Can’t wait to see what this could do to my A1C and for my weight!!

This is an amazing supplement to stop craving sweets, also I had hyperpigmentation in my skin and has decreased ever since I started using this product.

So it’s been about 3 weeks since I started taking these supplements. 1 after breakfast and 1 after dinner. This past Friday was the worst day. I had very bad acid reflux, very bad stomach craps and zero appetite. I stopped taking it for a day. I took one after dinner last night and I woke up around 3am to barf my brains out. I couldn’t sleep so I’m tired now at work. Have no appetite but I’m barging yellow bile. So with this being said it will curb your appetite tremendously but is it really worth it. For me no way! I feel like poop and I’m soooooo nauseous. 🤮 I gave it 3 starts because it started off great and will stop you from eating. But not worth it lol
