Bought these for back door viewing monitors so our employees can double check they are safe before exiting the restaurant through the back door. Great product, works as advertised for single channel at a time decoding. Support from the seller was very responsive.

I have three of these decoders and they work perfectly. The decoder is very easy to set up. The decoded quality is great and is in many ways a lot better than other decoders on the market and I have tried many. The decoder is small and easy to physically install several in a small space.I can't say enough about their customer support. I had a couple of glitches, and they were resolved in a day or two. I'm sticking with the URayCoder products with future projects. Thanks for an excellent product and keep up the great work!

Purchased to setup a spot monitor in my restaurant. I never used a product like this before so I didn't know what to expect. Setup was pretty simple once I learned the RTSP code to output a picture from one of my IP cameras. After this experience, I purchased a 2nd unit to setup a 2nd spot monitor.

Bought this decoder to pair with a HikVision camera to be an "always on" view of the front door on a TV screen for a local business. Had some issues out of the box, but Linda at customer service was right there with help. Very prompt in sending me a new version of the firmware to address my issue of capturing a media stream via RSTP. Resolved the issue in just a few emails. The video quality is great. I haven't tried the multi-channel yet. If I have a need for more decoders I would definitely buy from uRay again based upon the customer service. Product setup was easy after I figured out how to configure the RSTP stream from the Hikvision camera.

bought in January, started to use in February and was working great until May. Now it is not responding and there’s no way to factory reset.[edited 6/15/2023]The manufacturer later provided me the USB drive image to fully reset the system. The system is functional again after the factory reset. Great customer support.

We had an existing security camera system with a mixture of 30 cameras throughout our gymnastics facility. We installed 9 TVs in our lobby areas and mounted a HD decoder on each TV and configured each one with 17 channels corresponding to 17 of the security cameras. Now, in addition to providing security the cameras and these decoders allow the parents to see what the children are doing throughout the entire gym. This is an excellent product and the support I received from SZURay was phenomenal. I would not hesitate to recommend the product and the company.
