Good product but there are cheaper versions available. I switched to a cheaper product with more CFU and same ingredients. I've felt my digestion has been better as well as confidence in my vaginal health too.

The label can be peeled to reveal substantial nutritional information in various languages. The writing is very small but very comprehensive.The dose is one capsule daily with water after a meal. Although it’s difficult to draw a definite link, I believe these probiotics have helped my digestive health. The capsules are easy to take. I have sensitive digestion, but the formula seems to be gentle. I appreciate the added support for women’s health concerning hormonal balance and yeast management.The packaging is simple and appealing.

These supplements seem to make a difference to my gut. My digestion is a lot better and my tummy just feels a lot calmer when taking them. They are easy to take and the instructions are great. Well packaged, quality product.

These arrived in a sealed container with product details printed on the label.Its adviced to take 1 or 2 daily.I've noticed that my ankles have become quite puffy and apparently that's a sign of water retention.I've been taking these for a week but still haven't noticed any improvement so I'm not convinced they are actually working for me.
