I've been struggling with heartburn/acid reflux for about 3 years now. I tried to alleviate the issue with over the counter calcium chews. And they worked ok - but I had to take a lot of them.Dr. Amy Myers product works amazingly well. I take one before a meal (and sometimes if I forget - I take it during) and I have no side effects with heartburn/acid reflux at all. I highly recommend this product and will definitely be reordering on a regular basis.

I purchased this product because it was recommended for people with type A blood to boost the immune system as I am prone to colds, allergies, sinus infections. I've been taking it for nine months and have been completely healthy. It also helps with my digestion of milk products/meats. It is truely worth purchasing.

Has helped me be able to eat more fruits withough getting heartburn and excess gas I have mainly used this instead of the enzymes because the digestive enzymes contain egg and cause me some discomfort

By far the most high quality HCl supplement that I’ve used/ has worked best for me. This was recommended by my Functional Medicine doctor. I have LPR so I am sensitive to the Pepsin that most other HCl supplements contain. I appreciate the simplicity of the ingredients. Not a cure-all for LPR but definitely helps a lot. Will be re-ordering 👍🏼

I find natural HCL extremely helpful for digestion and now use only HCL Breakthrough by BiOptimizers as it's made from beets. It's more expensive that this one from Dr. Amy Myers but I had a bad reaction to hers and sent it back. Keep in mind that I have a lot of food sensitivities and not sure what this HCL is made from as it's not listed, so this may work well for you.

I thought I had heartburn problems, turns out I needed more acid to digest foods. I learned from one of my doctors that as we age we produce less acid for digestion and this was causing all kinds of digestive problems. Since switching to this, I no longer need meds for heartburn. Huge game changer for me.
