Does a great job and lifting some old stains. Has great features came in perfectly fine. I was looking for a cordless machine, but this one does have a decent length and cord and a length in the suction cord. It wraps up perfectly for easy storage. Self cleans and is easy to operate.

This machine is wonderful. My couches and rugs look new again. It removed all stains and dirt. Very impressed and pleased. I used vinegar for the solution instead of purchasing liquid cleaner. Worked perfectly.

5+ stars if I could! I am embarrassed by the dirt it pulled, but sharing so that others can see how terrific it works! This machine totally wowed me & I am so happy I ordered it! I cleaned all my area rugs, dining room chair covers & upholstery on 3 lounge chairs & the dirty water sucked up by this gem was unreal! I love how portable & easy it is to utilize & the long cord is perfect! Due to the amount of area I needed to clean, I did change the water & refilled with cleaner numerous times, but absolutely did not mind as knew the job was getting done. A+ Bissell!!!!

Tl;dr: This device works well for cleaning pet stains (in my case cat throw-up) out of floor carpet.Longer version:The device was easy to put together, fill and use. Be careful of the fill lines on the water and formula tanks; the instruction manual says the entire trial formula bottle can fit inside the formula tank - it cannot.The instruction manual is generally clear, though it has a couple of errors. In particular, when explaining how to use the water/formula spray feature, it tells you to turn the power off, but I was only ever able to get the spray to work with the power on. With the power on, the spray worked fine.The vacuum on the device is serviceable, as evidenced by the liquid I saw filling the dirty water tank while using it, but it will not remove all water from your carpet. You should expect your carpet to be damp for a few hours after using the device, and I recommend bringing a towel with you to pat-dry the spots where the device was used. Owners should also expect a decent amount of water to be remaining in the vacuum hose and tool after use; when cleaning and storing the device, make sure to do so in a location where water spills are easily cleaned.Bearing in mind that the above comments reflect small nitpicks & inconveniences, I do think this product worked well for its intended purpose. It was quick to put together and use, and did a good job cleaning my carpet. I would recommend it to others for that purpose.

This thing is amazing!!! It got a 5 year old soda stain out of my mattress, a dorito colored vomit stain out of my kids carpet, and a chocolate milk stain out of my rug.The machine itself is super easy to clean as compared to my big shampooer that needs completely disassembled the second it meets cat hair.It does leave things damp but I mean, it's got great suction for such a little thing.It's so cute and compact, easy to store, easy to move around. If you're strapped for space in a small apartment this thing is for you.It's also so easy to use. If I can figure it out you definitely can. I got the smart mix model and I just fill the detergent tank with salution and the water tank with water and it mixs it. It's so satisfying to see the deep set stains just dissappear. I'm actually excited for my kid and cats to make more messes so I can bust this thing out!!!

Perfect for spot cleaning pet messes. We have a stubborn dachshund who will not go outside when it rains and will sometimes miss the pee pad. This has been amazing to help remove the smell and stains.

love this product. two things i would have liked tho- i wish the cord could go into itself and i wish the soap spot was a tad larger. but those are both small things. other wise this product works great and i use it all the time- i have used it on my couch, on multiple spots on the carpets as well as beds (we are potty training) and also in the car! it has definitely been used and worth the money spent
