Sinus Saver
I use this during allergy season and it keeps me clear all day. Works fast and doesn’t make me tired. The bonus tissues were actually kind of cute.

Love the flonase, but did not like at all the included cheated torn facial tissues!
The item the flonase items are great, but the cute tissue packages were split at the top of the item. It probably was an open on top, but several had split open. I didn't think it was hygienic to use them since they were torn. I'll keep the flonase, of course, but the tissue treats couldn't be salvaged. Would you please be send 4 of the facial tissues which were split open? I did like the flonase very much, but disappointed with the torn tissues.

No Deception in # of sprays
Received this today. I noticed someone complained that the bottles are identical for the 72 and 144 sprays.. I have a new 72 and I just opened this 144 spray one. In seeing the person's review, I also opened the new 72 and compared the two. With closer inspection, I realized that the 144 bottle is full to the top while the 72 has noticeably less liquid. Perhaps this will serve to settle the mystery.
