I didn’t realize that these had caffeine in them when I bought them. But it is not a high content if you’re looking for a simple caffeine dose. Each package can just be added to a bottle of water. Taste is great if you’re looking for lemonade.

I love these. These are zero carbs and wonderful for keto. So many crystal light mixes have 2 and 3 carbs and to most its not alot. But I drink about 3 to 4 a day and when you are on 20 to 30 carbs a day. Losing them to a drink is to much. And the price also came down some , which I'm happy about. And they are always here fast.
