Great Sound for the Money
I am enjoying these ear wraps. I have small ears, and traditional earbuds or in-ear headphones get very painful after a very short amount of time. These do hurt; plus, since they are wrapped, they don't fall out. I have fallen asleep many times with one in and woke up later and it was still there. I also love that it has a function to play ambient sounds (via the app which is super easy to use). They are a great value, the battery lasts a long time. I am not a heavy user, but so far they are working great. The only confusion to me was the burn-in tool. I let it run for a while, but not the full time.

A nice affordable alternative
Edit: I wanted to add that I accidentally put these through the washer and dryer and they STILL work. That’s worth coming back to edit my review!Ok, look- these aren't going to be nearly as good as the Bose earbuds. But, they're a really affordable alternative, *especially* if you're like me and you can't wear airpods because they fall out. I wear these running and skating and they're perfect! They let in outside noise which is really great for running outside on streets/trails. But also, they let in noise so if you're looking for some noise cancelling earbuds, these are not it. The sound quality is great and I can hear my music just fine.My only complaint is that the left earpiece goes out occasionally and I've only had them for around a month. But, it's not enough for me to send them back or speak that negatively about them. It's not for long and it seems to be a small connection issue that resolves itself within seconds. That annoyance is still better than having to fix airpods falling out all the time.If you're not able to shell out the $$$ for the bigger brand open air earbuds, these are a great choice!

For me, these are the answer
I’m a cheap Bluetooth headset-aholic. I’ve had behind the neck, around the ear, in ear, and probably more than a few other variations of headset options with even more impressive prepositional phrases.I read an article in The Verge reviewing this product and comparing it to a $300 Bose product. I haven’t used the Bose version (again, cheap Bluetooth-aholic), but for my money, these are fantastic. In just a few days, I’ve gotten used to putting them on my ear, which was a bit fiddly at first, but is now second nature. I spend most days with only one ear listening to my surroundings and the other ear buried under a blanket of sounds from podcasts or music, and this headset delivers right around 8-10 hours of battery life in comfortable fashion. An unexpected benefit of these, at least for my use case, is that they are interchangeable from left ear to right. I prefer to keep my headset in my right ear and I don’t have to buy two sets in order to have a spare to swap out, which makes these even more valuable to me.A few other random tidbits I was worried about, but which ultimately are not a problem are:Fit: I did the head shake test and they didn’t move. I did it again and they didn’t move again. I’m now dizzy, and they’re still there. This is a neat design and is VERY comfortable for all day wear.Volume: I was very concerned about how loud these might be, or rather how loud they wouldn’t be. I’ve had other over ear cheap Bluetooth headset before and was not able to hear over the car air conditioner in summer. I’m happy to report that these get plenty loud and do a surprisingly good job, even in noisy environments.Ruggedness: although I can’t comment long term, as I’ve only had them for about a week, the build quality seems very solid and the bridge between the front and back - where the flex - has not loosened to the point that I believe these won’t hold up for a very long time.Charger compatibility: I own a few other sets of Joan buds which have usb-a built in which I find annoying. These offer a simple usb-c port and I’ve not had any problem sharing the case from either low or high capacity chargers.Another reviewer noted that the touch controls don’t work on these. Although I’m not sure that will always be the case with firmware updates, what I can say is that I’m very happy to be able to turn touch control off as a feature within the app. I’ve never liked non-mechanical touch controls on headsets and being able to turn the feature off means that my music doesn’t get turned on inadvertently after I slip a headset into my shirt pocket for a second, which used to happen constantly with other headset I’ve owned from JLab.I’ll let you know when I’ve run into a con, but up to this moment, I can’t find any. 5/5

Didn't keep. Accurate description, but would not recommend
They work exactly as the description implies. I did not like them because the text feature was too sensitive. It was hard to pause or start, change volume things like that. I returned to them.

Stay on
It’s pretty awesome, regular ear phones fall out all the time but these “cuffs” stay put and if you’re wearing them right you forget you have them in. Great sound!

Returning them on the same day they were delivered
I have the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses and love listening to music on them because the sound quality and how it spreads around is just amazing. So I was hoping to find earbuds that could give me that same open-ear feel. They don’t even come close. The sound is flat and dull, nothing like the open, spacious feel I get from the glasses. It actually reminded me of those old ’90s wired headphones—open-air by accident, not by design. These earbuds try to do “open-ear,” but it just ends up being low-quality audio mixed with all the background noise. They won’t connect to my smart TV either, which is a bummer. And the touch controls? Super hit-or-miss. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Honestly, they feel cheap and definitely aren’t worth it.

Not bad
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product. My only complaint is the volume. If you are in a loud environment it will hard to hear the content .

Love!
I love these earbuds. I have very tiny ears and tinier ear canals. These clip on your ear and they are tight enough to stay put even if you headbang but not so tight they're uncomfortable. I love that you can assign functions to each type of tap in the app. I'm happy with the sound - it's clear and crisp. The color is true to photos.
