Since egg prices did not go down "on day one"--far from it--I stocked up on this product and glad I did. It's easy to create a substitute egg, just takes a literal minute, but they're a bit heavy for cakes or waffles. So if some recipes call for two or more eggs, I use one real egg and substitute the rest with this egg replacer. For some foods, like veggie burgers for example, egg replacer works fine.

Works well. My son is allergic to eggs. I use this in all recipes.

I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately it had a strong acidic smell that I wasn’t expecting. I had hoped it would work well for making scrambled eggs, but the odor made it difficult to use. I appreciate the concept, but it just didn’t meet my expectations this time.

This is the best alternative I have found for egg replacer. It makes my chocolate chip cookies recipe better than the original recipe!

Nice to have an egg replacement since my son has an intolerance towards eggs. I haven’t used it in anything but baking yet and I don’t like the texture it gives. When you mix it, it’s kind of like oobleck and has made whatever I baked extremely chewy and almost taffy like. Didn’t change the taste much just the texture.

I didn't understand that it was two packets. Well worth the money.

This stuff is a life saver for my toddler with an egg allergy! You cannot tell a difference in taste when you use it the way it’s intended (in cakes, pancakes, etc). Great value for money, the texture is perfect when you whisk it and doesn’t have an overpowering smell.

I was trying a way of saving money,when the price of eggs skyrocketed. I never got a receipe & just didn’t get them to taste good.
