Excellent product
Fantastic vibration plate. I highly recommend this one that has the curvature. This engages the muscles more by trying to keep your balance while using in my opinion.10 minutes twice or twice a day for 10 minutes is suggested. I've seen improvement in my upper thighs just after 2 weeks.

Loving her new present
I purchased this for.my wife for her birthday. It arrived faster than expected, only a few days after ordered, and she loves it. She says it has made her always aching feet feel immediately better and her whole body which has aches regularly are hardly as frequent or as bad. She has also stated it has helped with her body internal system working better. All in all I would say it is well worth the buy and an amazing product.

I do like it. And it does help with my pain. I was just hoping it would be a little stronger.Update: the customer support helped so much and did such an amazing job for me. When I can I do plan on buying the newest version hopefully my issues with the one I got were just a fluke.

Game Changer
This is a game changer.. I love it.. vibration is strong and you can feel it.. I have RA and trying to lose more weight as well and it has helped with my pain and inflammation levels. I’ve only had it a week so haven’t noticed weight loss yet but I believe it will help with weight loss this machine works great it’s gets everything moving on your body feels like I’m on a jog or a run when I use it.. you can feel the workout. Don’t hesitate buy it…

Good alternative if you can’t get a walk in.
It works good. Reduces my back and neck pain significantly. I feel like I took a long walk after I’m done.

Be prepared
The vibration plate seems to shake your whole body, which is wonderful, but maybe I should’ve done some more research before ordering it as I’ve done it a few times and have ended up with migraines afterwards, probably from all the toxins in my body and it doesn’t come with any instructions and nothing to teach you the correct usage and how to get your body used to it so that you don’t make yourself sick.
