I am familiar with various Agaro products beforehand buying this Vacuum Cleaner. Their products are sturdy and till now I did not face any issues. I had bought this Vacuum cleaner. It worked fine for about a month but then it's suction stopped working. I searched for customer care number of Agaro online but all in vain. Then I found some filling of the form online to contact the customer care. I filled it without any hopes of reply back. After a few days Agaro Customer care contacted me. They had no repair service available at my place so they promised me to deliver a new replacement product. I have not seen such an amazing customer care support till date. They contacted me day & night themselves regularly for 2-3 weeks to solve my problem. Today I had received the replacement Vacuum cleaner & it's working properly.I would like to thank one ma'am. I don't know her name but some code No-DWIJOSUTA for her amazing customer care service. Thank you ma'am & all the best!👏🙏 This Vacuum cleaner is very easy to use. I have bought carpet cleaner liquid which I mix in water. For water outlet to clean there is minimum to maximum marking. So water outflow can be adjusted. Handle can be adjusted to Any angle using the foot piece. On & off switch is on the foot piece . There is a second container below for dirt which can be opened fully from the backside. Clean water is kept at the uper jar. However I failed to open it completely. I just open it's top lid to fill & empty the water. There are attachments given to clean sofa, bed etc. It's cable is very long with a hook at backside of the handle to keep it when not in use. It removes the dirt efficiently & you can yourself see it collected in the below transparent container. It's a must buy product! 💯🙋‍♀️

Great machine meets all expectations,all parts worked well. The suction is powerful highly impressed with the performance of Agaro wet and dry vaccum cleaner.Im so happy as now I can clean my carpets and Sofa.

This machine is an incredible waste. The suction cannot even pull all the water out. After one tank of water was emptied into the carpet, only about 100 ml was actually removed from the rug.I can make it work better if I hold the vacuum with one hand, standing on one leg, while I use my other leg to press the vacuum into the rig, this removing more water…but is that really a reasonable solution? No.Last night I spent over an hour cleaning a strip of carpet about 40 cm wide and about 2 meters long. I gave up on ever getting the water all out and just went to bed. So incredibly disappointing.
