I highly recommend you only use it for a few minutes or you will end up with seriously sore muscles.It definitely helps with relaxation and loosening up tension though. I received an used product that didn’t work! They committed to replace it. The second product was in the same state, not working and the product box was not sealed.A total disappointment !Don’t buy it ! It’s a waste of time and energy!

This Mini kneading neck massager is a GAME CHANGER! I have been having neck pains that have caused me to lose some sleep for a couple days then I came across this product. This neck massager does a great job focusing on the tissues in your neck while working out al of the kinks. It also has a built in heat compressor to adjust the comfort to your liking. I was very surprised that having 2modes and 2 speeds to adjust from would be more than enough and for the cost you absolutely could not beat it. If you do desk work, recovering from an injury, or just want a nice massage this is definitely for you.
