For a teacher on a tight budget , this item met and exceeded my expectations! Customer service to help with tech aspect was excellent too.

I love these workbooks. They’re excellent at explaining new concepts. The problems reflect the lessons too. The entire layout from chapter separations to chapter segments make it easy to for me create my child’s summer curriculum.

One needs a familiarity with basic math but if that’s you you will enjoy using it. I’m tutoring my grandchild (I have a bachelors in math) with this book. It builds up slowly. She is vaguely familiar with the topics introduced. I am using this to give her the opportunity to do more work in the material and thus to become familiar and at ease with it. Practice may not make perfect but it creates a facility to pull the needed math rules to mind when required.

I absolutely love the Spectrum Math book for sixth grade. I had a student who was out, and it was perfect to give her these workbook pages for the days she missed. The parent could read the descriptions and help the student, and the QR codes led to video tutorials that were very helpful. The minimal text is particularly beneficial for our special education students. These are great books, and I am looking forward to getting more for the other grade levels I teach.Additionally, I appreciate the pretests and post-tests for each standard. This feature is definitely beneficial in the classroom and also makes the book an excellent resource for a substitute teacher if you need to be out for multiple days.
