Easily assembled combined with great customer support.

The media could not be loaded. Didn’t line up properly and door keeps popping back open after shutting. In photos you can see it’s bowing plastic. When contacted seller, had the cheek to tell me it was probably because I didn’t assemble it properly like I’m stupid when I had already assembled someone else’s for them without a problem. It’s just click into place. Can’t return as as item is too big and return process wants me to take it to post office or locker to return and the item is way to big and heavy for that. Seller passes buck and tells me to contact Amazon and Amazon passes buck and tells me to contact seller so stuck with it as I’m heavily pregnant and can’t carry it to a delivery company to return so I gave it away.Advertised next day delivery but twice I a row that didn’t happen because the item is too big for that. Wouldn’t buy this again and wouldn’t recommend the product.

This is easy for one person to build , takes a bit of strength to click in parts ,it's sturdy and not bad looking, the only problem I had was it is so hard to put the door knobs on ,some I couldn't make screw right up .

arrived well packed so no damage , very easy to put together and solid when assembled , very happy with this unit looks great and plenty of room inside

Extremely happy with the purchase. The storage cabinet is bigger and spacious than I expected. Very sturdy and looks great in my kitchen. Great for the purpose. I have decided to buy more in other sizes for organising things. Sorry, I have added some extra child locks to the cabinet door for safety as you see them in the pictures to avoid them being opened by my babies.

My expectations were to receive an item which looked great. Unfortunately this looks cheap. The plastic is buckled and the doors do not fit snuggly. The whole item is not what I expected BUT I CANNOT DISMANTLE it to returrn it as the pieces will not part unless I break them. The concept is good but it needs more work to be acceptable. I would have just bought shelving which would have looked better. Now I am stuck with the plastic monster because I paid for it and cannot take it to pieces to return it.

We gave up on the instructions and applied common sense and logic. It is rough and ready but it works for what we wanted.
