Suitable in pregnancy for Strep B.
Purchased this from the advice of my Doula and various internet resources regarding strep B towards the end of my pregnancy. Presumably it helps with balancing bacteria in the intimate area.Midwives wanted me to possibly have antibiotics during labour and maybe would not have allowed me a home birth so I used these to try and balance my bacteria levels before giving birth.They are pessaries which means they are inserted, so not taken orally. This is pretty straightforward. Takes a bit of getting used to, to know when to stop but you get the hang of it.They're a bit expensive but the brand is reputable and does it research in good quality ingredients and treatments so I was happy to pay a little extra.Can't comment on the effectiveness as I didn't redo the test but it helped with peace of mind.
