Product seems to be having a positive impact on health. I know it’s hard to say what would fully be the reason for certain changes to moods and drive to get up and go. I bought Shilajit to help me get up and go and have more energy and drive at the gym. After months of feeling lethargic and tired I used a pea sized amount of shilajit every morning for 2 weeks and noticed a vast improvement to my drive and mood. Seems to be great value for money because I have way over 1/2 the pot left!I’d say the worst part is the taste, I found a black coffee espresso size is the best way to take it and then you don’t notice the taste.

I like the taste of this has the supplements that one requires comes well packaged and with useful leaflet to read .this has a wooden stick to use to get the amount one needs and is in a pot

I honestly didn't mind the strong taste, however I didn't notice any difference in energy levels.

So this was my first time using this, and I have to admit I was sceptical.There was no issues with the delivery as it we super quick, I was like I say very sceptical about the hype surrounding Shilajit but have to admit it is all true. I never bothered with the small dose as I thought in for a penny in for a pound and just went for it, their was no sickness as some people said they experienced to be honest nothing noticeable for a few days but then I noticed that I’m able to think clearly I have an endless energy and I wake up and feel ready to take on the day with zero brain fog, as a man in my 50s I also noticed my sex drive has improved too I’m impressed by just how good I actually feel and I will definitely be buying this on a regular basis.

First time I’ve bought this brand. The Shilajit is rock hard. I have to stand the pot in a bowl of hot water for 10mins before I can get any out then it sticks to the spatula and only half of it dissolves. Maybe I just got a bad batch but having been using it for a few years now it’s the only time I’ve experienced this
