Like all my experiences with JLAB products...... OUTSTANDING. I am a over dimensional transport specialist, so it is very important for my headset to be comfortable and clear. For the last two weeks of using this headset for 10 hours a day it still feels like clouds over my ears, and with the JLAB app adjustments, you get crystal clear sound, and almost 0 background noise. I have recommended these to all the other specialists, and even drivers that I work with. It is easy to connect via Bluetooth, is pretty light, doesn't squeeze your head, is built to last with metal framework, is compatible and pairs very quickly with every device I have tried it on

So pleasantly surprised! I knew it could connect to two Bluetooth sources, but I didn't expect them to be active simultaneously. Whichever source is active comes through, without any button fiddling! It's a real pleasure.They are quite comfortable for long work sessions. A single charge lasts all week and more - i don't even turn them off at night. So the lack of a dedicated charging stand isn't an issue - it's not necessary.

I want to start with I used to only buy products from this company. The quality has severely declined in the last several items I have bought from the Jlab company. I have this headset and the headset no longer connects via the dongle, the regular Bluetooth disconnects randomely it works wired but not why I bought it I will be going with another brand and will not be buying from Jlab. Bye, bye from an ex loyal customer. 😢

Great wireless headset for work. A lot of my colleagues went and got the headset so I figured what did I have to lose. My only issue is that sometime the mute button gets stuck and will not unmute. The headphones are a little loose and could be tighter but over all great headphones. I would buy again!

These headphones work really well! They are super easy to connect to your computer. You can either Bluetooth or plug in a receiver. My computer doesn't allow Bluetooth so I have to use the receiver and connection was instant. The noise canceling works great too. The battery lasts a long time and charge time is short.

The mute sticks often. The only way to get it to work is to totally disconnect. Not good for work use.

didn't last a year. And was great for dual connectivity but it was too cumbersome and I turned that off. Worked way better wired with full stereo, but was more reliable as bluetooth for mic and meetings, just not for music. It was good for the price, until it kept shutting down after only minutes of use. Back to speaker until I replace it.

A note: in Teams you’ll probably want to turn off the feature that allows hardware buttons to control voice and other functions while using the headset because it WILL override any software mute commands. But that’s a shortcoming of Teams and not this product so I wouldn’t call this a fault. The USB-dongle is a little wide so if your computer’s USB-C ports are close together do what I did and just get a USB-A-to-C adapter and run it through a USB-A port. I didn’t bother to setup Bluetooth but it seemed to be fine. The 2.4 GHz dongle is ultra-reliable, has yet to fail me.
