I really enjoy this tea. One bag makes 3 cups of deliciousness, which saves money!. I had purchased a Brown Betty tea pot at a flea market and only used it for display. It’s perfect size to seep this tea. I add a little lemon and honey. So relaxing with great health benefits. I can drink this in the evening since it’s caffeine free.

I used to drink this maybe 9 or 10 years ago and stopped - not sure why. My adrenals are a bit tired from being on overdrive stress. AND all the stress and adaptogen formulas either have bad and unnecessary fillers or herbs that I do not want like Maca. Then suddenly I remembered this tea and started drinking again. Within one week I noticed that my body was starting to recover. Then my husband bought me my favorite cold coffee which is super strong with chicory. I drank it at 1:30pm at work and it so messed up my healing adrenals that I could not sleep until like 4:00am when I went to fix a cup of this tea!! I should have done this at 11:00pm instead of struggling all night. Maybe 10 min after drinking a cup of this tea, I fell asleep. Now the crazy part is that I used to drink this coffee even at like 4:00pm and never caused me to miss any night sleep. This tea had started healing my system fast making such strong coffee almost toxic to my system. For sure, I will not stop drinking this tea like I did before…
