An incredible deal.
*Update* After using them for a couple of weeks I am overall still very happy with the purchase. But the clips kinda suck. I say kinda because they work but they aren't designed great. one of them broke from getting snapped on a bag of mulch I was handling. And the clip has almost no traction when clipped to my pants pocket. If the outside of the slip gets caught while driving or something, The flashlight starts to work its way up and out of the pocket. Luckily I've only lost it in my car so far. It's a fairly cheap light but I would hate to lose it. You replace enough of these things and it becomes an expensive light. A solution would be to take the bottom end of the clip that contacts you pants and file some rough texture lines into it. I emailed the company and they sent me a couple of replacement clips under the warranty, took a couple of weeks but i didn't have to do anything but write an email and wait. Very easy to deal with.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Just got them. Haven't put them through the paces yet but I am impressed! Lit up my whole back yard in pitch black. Nice and wide, pretty much all a big even hotspot with soft edges.I knew going into it that they only have a high and a low. For the price of $10 each if you get the two pack, I can live with it. They are really well made and perform great. But it's a huge mistake not programming an ultra low mode into them. They come with a really nicely written and thorough instruction pamphlet. To me that is only a little relevant but it certainly demonstrates a company's attention to details in general and care for their product. They were bright out of the box. But after playing with them for a few minutes, I decided to see how charged they are. They each took about 2 hours with regular cell phone chargers. So that leads me to think one of two things: Either they weren't that charged out the box but still performed excellent, or they just charge slowly whatever the amount of charge they have left. Not sure. Specs say they take 2-6 hours to recharge whatever that means.Tried them with regular new Duracell AA's and they still worked great but less bright than the included lithium. Still quite useable and great to have that option. Some nitpicks, none of them deal breakers for me personally:-The clip is nice but could be a little better designed. A bit more "deep carry" geometry and angled more at the lip that slip over your pocket.-The button is great; metal or metal feeling and heavy with a long press, but its smooth. I would prefer some knurling/texture.-I knew going into it that they only have a high and a low. For the price of $10 each if you get the two pack, I can live with it. They are really well made and perform great. But it's a huge mistake not programming an ultra low mode into them.So overall I am stoked and will come back and update this review if my first impressions don't match up with regular use. I bought them based on price and great reviews from youtubers so I am not super worried about it. One will be my EDC and one will be my backup that lives in my vehicle.

The BestTactical Mini Flashlight With Reasonable Price.
I've owned countless LED EDC including IHC in home carry flashlights and a few dozens of little AAA and AA cells mini flashlights. But their cost at least over twenty dollars up and this is the cheapest price of good quality mini flashlight like this Thru-nite Saber. The outer built of this mini light is super high quality made of thick black mate anodized and it's tactical rear tail switch on/off functioning. A quite user's friendly big on/off button on the rear function as first press the button on low(90lumen) enough for standard normal use. For tactical or you need more brighter on high 659lumen half press the switch for momentary on low then press the second time on high mode in user's desires can press the button all the way down to stay high or release the button to turn off the flashlight. The first on mode is always on low the following hi without memory. I like this mini flashlight because it operates on 1 AA cell easily find it everywhere and can be operating on a standard AA 1.5v Alkaline cell or a rechargeable battery. But what I love the most this Thru-nite is designed that can be switching the more powerful 3.7v 14500 cell for more brighter up to 659lumen that's more than enough light for using around in the house at dark plus it's slightly larger then the AA cell clipped in my pan pocket a whole day without notice, very convenience. Over all the long size reaches just around 4' from head to the tail button with a half inch in diameter and strong like a tank outer body with a very strong special steel clip (not metal) can be securely attached to your pocket or your hat. This mini lite is also water proof with it tight o ring inside the header lamp on top where to remove the battery. The heat level is hot if you use the hi mode for 5 minutes without stop but tolerate if touch on its head and no heat at all on low mode for awhile such as 1hr. This Thru-nite is ok ! compares to one of my O-lite flashlights, the O-lite I5T-EOS with the same functioning and identical but costs 4 times of the price. With my experienced for owning led flashlights over the years this Thru-nite mini is using the latest true to life hi-end led bulb made in south Korean(Niche LED bulb) for its light which is usually equips on expensive small flashlights for the doctors/specialists to exam the pupils on the their patient's eyes. Now,for the CONS of this mini light but it's minor drawback, not a big deal to loose stars. User has to remove the cell when need a charge, not charge from outer of the mini flashlight but can directly charge to the Thru-nit rechargeable cell that comes with this mini flashlight. I rather like the standard led bulb produces a white led light than the Niche led bulb with a slightly orange peel led output. My eyes tend to be more comfortable to see things or objects in the dark with the pure white led light. I am also not very like the light output focus deep O-ring border on the hot spot of this mini light which makes the focus is not smooth on the hot spot to shine on the objects. I know, since this is a throwing flashlight unlike the smooth focus which illuminates objects close ahead. However, over all at this price with a tactically functionality, versatility with all weathers toughly built like a tank of this little flashlight. What else would you asking for?

A great deal, most times. Prices are always changing
Great little flashlight, has high power, like 1015 lumens. Bad A.. But, there IS a new kid on the block. but more expensive. Anyway, I got mine on sale for Xmas. The reg price is 27. So, that being said, this itty bitty pocket beamer has the goods. Super bright, rechargeable battery, high, low, and medium, in that order. I don't know why they came up with that scenario, but it is what it is. So, I compared it to my just purchased Nitecore MT1A Pro, Same size, same size (AA) battery, same basic controls, mostly. The biggest difference is the beam pattern for most peeps. The Thrunite Sabor has 1015 lumens advertised. The Nitecore, 800 Lumens. But the Nitecore kills it in candela's. Which is, the way it can reach out to a distance. For example, the Sabor is going to light up more in front of you, like when your just walking down a path or a street. The MT1A Pro will light up what is down the road further, a more narrow, further reaching beam, equates a higher candela rating. For another example; I have a O'light Warrior X Pro. 2100 lumens, Which is good, but it puts out near 60,000 candelas, which means it will reach out and touch someone, as in 5 football fields away. The point I'm trying to make is; It depends on your desired usage, as to what type of light u want, wide and broad, for walking a dark path, or searching for a lost dog, or whatever, and you need a far reaching light to find them. That's the real difference in lights these days. So, Sabor for wide beam, walking etc., or narrow far reaching beam for more important stuff. Nitecore. I personally use the Sabor for around the house, or porch/ yard stuff. I go with the Nitecore, for EDC, {every day carry), when I might need it. Either way, they are better than nothing. Light, is the most important factor, more light, safer you are.
