Hydration for the heat of summer
My SIL recommended this to my husband and I and it seriously is so great for hydration in the summer heat of Florida! Mixes really easy even in cold water. Taste is ok sort of like an off brand lemonade. Get you some of this for hydration and electrolytes without all the sugar!

Large quantity for low price
You can find other brands in stores and pharmacies, but you will only get 10-20 servings compared to the 130+ for this container of electrolytes, and the milli-gram strength here is about 30-50% more concentrated compared to others. Taste is acceptable with a mild lemon flavor. Mix with 12 ounces of water.

Undissolvable Flavored Sand. And to boot, the Item isn’t refundable or returnable.
I never write reviews but for this product I will. The reason this is so cheap is because a large portion of this product is silica. Yep that’s right good old sand. The product doesn’t fully dissolve either and the leftover grit in your bottle is the silica. Your bottle will have a decent amount of undissolved solids (most of which you just drank and added to your GI tract). You can even rub the grit between your fingers and it still won’t dissolve. This is not good. Silica is an additive usually found in cosmetics and it helps powders to not cake up.I drink tons of electrolytes and this is the first one I’ve bought that leaves a decent portion as undissolved matter. I don’t want to eat silica, do you? Look it up. It’s not great. Go for a brand that doesn’t cut corners. Remember you get what you pay for. And this was by far the cheapest on Amazon. Lesson learned. And you won’t be able to return this even though it’s Prime. I guess this is what they mean when they say “go pound sand!”

Not bad, good price, wish it tasted a bit better and had a little less sweetner.
I think overall it's good stuff. I don't fully get along with the Stevia sweetener, it's got an odd aftertaste to me but mixing this with a different electrolyte powder cancels out the flavors I don't like. I haven't noticed much residue that others have complained about, but also I'm usually mixing it in warm water and I am using about 1/4 of the recommended amount of mix.

Electrolytes that are old
These electrolytes taste like they've been sitting in a warehouse for about 20 years couldn't believe how much you get for the little price now we know why this is just our opinion

Good price but not quality
Unfortunately while the brand is incredibly reasonably priced, I had major issues with solubility, I would say 90% is soluble in water however you will need to filter particulate, some of which is smaller then a coffee filter. Out of curiosity I used ethyl alcohol on the remainder of the insoluble material and even with pure ethyl that was warmed, I could only put another minuscule amount of the insoluble material into solution, I did notice two non toxic humidity packs so maybe one of those opened up but It wasnt consistent with normal water abdorbing materials, but what I'm trying to say it could be a one off, so use this review exactly for what it is, one experience on one single sample of product that may or may not reflect the product line as a whole. Not even referring to this brand specifically, but for any similar products, use solubility and texture as your base indicator of quality, if it doesn't go in solution or does and then proceeds to precipitate back out, you can be confident that your body won't be able to use it
