Very high quality. Some after taste, but is gone as soon as you eat or drink. Start out with smaller dosage and work your way up to recommended dosage or you may be making an extra stop or two at the restroom.

Vegan and good for you
Vegan and does not taste bitter or vile. Healthy alternative to reg fish oil and good for people like me who do not like taking big pills or supplements. Will buy this again!!!
