Is this madagascar vanilla? it says bourbon but nothing about if it is the madagascar variety.

Thank you for your question. Our product, Cook's Organic Pure Vanilla Powder was formulated to be equivalent (1:1 ratio) to vanilla extract. For example, 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder is equal to 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
