I've been taking this for 2 months now and have noticeable improvements from sleep quality to energy levels. I put it down to the vitamin K2 which is why I dont mind paying a premium. It's paying for itself now with increased productivity and focus 👌

Far more comprehensive than other offerings. The only similar competitor I could find is the Pure Encapsulations product which is somewhat more expensive. I have juvenile myoclonic epilepsy and take sodium valproate for that, plus I use levothyroxine and tadalafil daily as well. Have had no bad interactions at all having used this for several months, the ones reported on here seem to be isolated. For that reason, I consider it pretty safe.There are some things missing from this product that I'd like - no acetyl l'carnitine, taurine or magnesium, for example. Copper is missing too, and it's generally accepted that's supposed to be used if supplementing iron. So this doesn't cover off everything for me, but gets most of the way there.Also, the amount of chromium is a little questionable in it, from what I've read it's associated with insulin regulation but that's debatable. That actually put me off taking it daily, also because the acetyl l'carnitine supplement I use has some added in that as well.Having come back from a break of a month and a half when I didn't supplement, but otherwise maintained my other parameters, I've definitely notice a definite difference in energy levels and vitality when returning supplementing. Whether it is these or the extra bits I add on as extras, or a combination of all, I can't know, but I'm satisfied enough to keep taking them.

I cannot remember if I have reviewed this before because I have taken it for about 4 years very happily. The content of it I love as I do not eat enough fruit and vedge to get all my amounts of nutrients. This is good also for my pcos with the inositol, my depression and anxiety because of its good B complex, there is a fair dose of D3 and they have not tried to cram in things like magnesium and potassium which you need higher doses of so should take separate anyway.My mother used to take them too and this is my only complaint now: she has had septicemia and now cannot face the smel and taste of the matalic elements. This is sad because she benefited greatly at aged 70 from it. I saw a marked improvement in her skin, nail and hair and she has bad arthritis and spinal stenosis but these kept her bone density good.My only ask to make these better is an enteric coating or candy coating like some drugs have. The tablets are large and mother always has struggled taking any tablets but she could manage them with a good drink. I have no problems taking them but I have not got a strong gag reflex.100% I recommend these and have actually got 2 other friends taking them for health issues and they are seeing benefit within a month like my mother did. I hope this review is informative and helps others choose appropriate supplements because we really don't get enough from food no matter how good we are at eating the right stuff. The soil is just too nutrient depleted these days and even eating meat the animals don't contain the nutrients they once did.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!I was having heart arrhythmia approx 1 hour after taking this, at first I was trying to rule out everything else from my diet as I thought it wouldn't be anything to do with a multivitamin. Then I researched how excessive levels of chromium and vit b12 can cause issues and in one tablet these have a 10,000% of your RDI of b12 and 500% of your RDI of chromium. Annoyingly I was trusting what I had heard that your body will just simply pee out what it doesn't need but this is not true I've looked into many studies on it and extremely high doses of vitamins can be very harmful to your health! I would look for ones with a max on 100% of your RDI for each vitamin

I have bought these before and found them to be superlative. I felt the need to take some supplements so I re-ordered them. I am closer to 60 than 50. They are not cheap but health is the best investment so….

For years I have taken various multivitamins and supplements. I wish I had discovered this product sooner. It’s fantastic, after 4-5 days using it I felt I significant improvement in how I was feeling. My skin was so much softer after 2 weeks, presumably from the cq10 ingredient. I highly recommend this. Yes it is expensive. But in the long run I will save as I don’t need to buy independently individual vitamins and supplements. I am so pleased I found this product. They are sizeable to take but I just take them with a mouthful of porridge and they slip down with no issues for me. Your urine will turn bright yellow but nothing to worry about.
