Full of high quality ingredients and worth buying. Has a weird taste in the mouth but you are meant to swallow, so it doesn’t matter. Your urine may be oddly very dark green/yellow and can stink of the tablet after a few hours though because that is when I think it passes through.

Best product.but expensive

These multivitamins have all the essentials I am looking for and include CoQ10 which had been recommended for me. The strength of the vitamin contents are as good as I have found during my research. The tablets are quite large and not as easy to swallow as soft capsules and my husband does have difficulty - I don't have any problem!As they tick all the boxes for me, I have them on "repeat" which takes away the worry of running out!

No sudden supercharged energy or miraculous benefits noticed when taking these, I have to report.Been taking these for along time now and always come back to buying more. Why?Because I notice the difference in myself when I'm not taking them/using another brand.Yes, your urine turns lime green - but that's normal considering the ingredients and quantity of said ingredients.And if you find them too big, as my wife does; they quite cleanly snap in half.They are simply the best multivits that I've come across.Other points:No iron in them: Men generally don't need iron supplementation.Women can supplement separately if they wish, especially if they are menstruating.No magnesium in them: the quantity of magnesium that you personally require would double the size of the tablet, and putting magnesium into the tablet just to have it on the label - the quantity would be miniscule/irrelevant to the user.

I cannot remember if I have reviewed this before because I have taken it for about 4 years very happily. The content of it I love as I do not eat enough fruit and vedge to get all my amounts of nutrients. This is good also for my pcos with the inositol, my depression and anxiety because of its good B complex, there is a fair dose of D3 and they have not tried to cram in things like magnesium and potassium which you need higher doses of so should take separate anyway.My mother used to take them too and this is my only complaint now: she has had septicemia and now cannot face the smel and taste of the matalic elements. This is sad because she benefited greatly at aged 70 from it. I saw a marked improvement in her skin, nail and hair and she has bad arthritis and spinal stenosis but these kept her bone density good.My only ask to make these better is an enteric coating or candy coating like some drugs have. The tablets are large and mother always has struggled taking any tablets but she could manage them with a good drink. I have no problems taking them but I have not got a strong gag reflex.100% I recommend these and have actually got 2 other friends taking them for health issues and they are seeing benefit within a month like my mother did. I hope this review is informative and helps others choose appropriate supplements because we really don't get enough from food no matter how good we are at eating the right stuff. The soil is just too nutrient depleted these days and even eating meat the animals don't contain the nutrients they once did.

I recently had a blood test that indicated my B12 levels were far too high.I was told to stop taking any B12 supplements or see my GP for further investigation as this could be a sign of something not right.I did a bit of research and discovered that excessive B12 is nothing but very bad news (google it!). Boy was I gobsmacked!20,000% Vit B12 of your daily NRV?? Who needs that much? And on the basis of what I've learnt from research papers - is this multivitamin killing you slowly?Stop taking it immediately.Update: also contains harmful levels of Chromium (500% NRV)"There have been some reports of chromium causing occasional irregular heartbeats, sleep disturbances, headaches, mood changes, and allergic reactions. For years I have taken various multivitamins and supplements. I wish I had discovered this product sooner. It’s fantastic, after 4-5 days using it I felt I significant improvement in how I was feeling. My skin was so much softer after 2 weeks, presumably from the cq10 ingredient. I highly recommend this. Yes it is expensive. But in the long run I will save as I don’t need to buy independently individual vitamins and supplements. I am so pleased I found this product. They are sizeable to take but I just take them with a mouthful of porridge and they slip down with no issues for me. Your urine will turn bright yellow but nothing to worry about.
