The Metal House Standard black rubber car edge protective trim 14mm x 8.5mm FITS 1mm - 3mm

I was looking for grommet strip for an open end on steel trunking, the normal stuff is pretty rubbish as it needs gluing on to keep it in place. This did the job perfectly. I used a 25mm snap of blade knife to cut it, most of the time I got lucky first time as there is thin ribbed metal inside so you need to cut between the ribs.

This finishes a metal edge perfectly, it is easy to fit and it adapts to curves well. It is very secure once fitted, great value as well so really pleased with it.

Very good quality item, lined with metal so handles corners and curves very well, also grips well with no need for adhesive. I had cut down a metal bulkhead for a van level with the top of the seats and needed something to not only finish the edge off aesthetically but to protect people and dogs from the sharp, thin edge of the steel. This is absolutely perfect! It bent easily for the corners of the bulkhead and cut to size easily with side cutters. It comes by the meter , I needed 2 meters so just changed the quantity to 2 at checkout and got a full 2M strip which was perfect. Would buy again for sure.

Proper no nonsense tough rubber that feels like it's going to stand up to the sun. It cuts well as is strengthened by an intermittent internal metal profile, which also seems to have good rust resistance. I like this stuff. Be advised that if you order two it'll come in one long length (best cut with a Stanley blade). It fits the door edge perfectly and looks good.

Was to small for what I needed and very difficult to attach.
