Exactly what I was looking for to help strengthen my fingers. They're cheap, easy to use and do the job. My only issue is the difference in tension between the lightest one (green) and the medium one (blue) feels like quite a big step up in resistance. It would be even better if the blue one was slightly lighter.

I've only used these once so far, I used the green one which is the lowest tension as my fingers are quite weak and I'm hoping to rehabilitate my hand following surgery, so hopefully these will help and I can progress to the blue and finally the orange if possible, move the stetcher down from the finger tip to the first joint below it as I have found it can slip off, but so far seems they will be fine.

These are very good for strengthening hand muscles tendons et cetera, when especially used in conjunction with the softballIt’s very hard to keep up consistency and do it daily, but they do work

I may have weak extensors, but the lowest grade is tough. Loads of room for progression. If you’re a climber or train your grip strength, this is the perfect addition to your training. Quality is good and they fit comfortably on the fingers. Has helped with my golfers elbow

These have a surprisingly strong resistance; despite being a weight lifter, I could only manage the lowest resistance band at first. That's a good thing though, as it gives plenty of scope to continue using them.
