For a very long time, I have loved the challenge/opportunity of personal item only traveling. And this bag ticks so many of things I appreciate when looking for a bag to do so; well built, decent capacity, versatile but not intrusive organization options, and comfortable to carry. This bag does them all very well. Would very much recommend as an option to consider if you're hunting for a bag that can do a lot, and be excellent at most of it 🙂

I use it for airline travel and stuff my work laptop in it. Great bag. Only complaint is I wish the shoulder straps could be tighter - they loosened up while I was running through the airplane to catch my flight.

I picked this up on the cheap ahead of my trip to Tokyo earlier this year, to use as my only luggage. It's very sturdy, and despite its overall small size, it has tons of useful spaces to hold a surprisingly large amount of stuff. I especially love how the laptop compartment is designed. I'm able to tuck my tablet in there on top of my laptop and both stay well-secured and safe. Even better, its plain black appearance is far more elegant than the gaudy designs of most other backpacks. I'll be using this thing to death for many years to come.

So far (3 months of moderate use; i.e. not overstuffing it, but definitely reaching its limit, and using it about 3 times a week for college) it's held up wonderfully. No signs of weakening seams or holes, like some reviews mentioned. It's definitely a thinner material, so somebody who's harder on their bags may have a different experience, but I'm quite easy on my belongings. It's on the slimmer side, which is why I chose it, but keep this in mind if you're considering this bag but are the kind to carry a lot. It doesn't fit a ton - just the necessities for a couple of classes. Overall, I love this bag. It may not be for everyone due to its size and lack of padding/thicker material, but I love it for the general use!

Used my dad's Targus for travel for the last 4 years. Prior to that he used it for work for 15 years. Well it finally died :( I decided to give this a try and LOVE IT! I can't get over all the new additions to backpacks that I was missing. LOVE the ergonomic straps, soooo comfy on my shoulders. The luggage strap adds convenience, RFID pocket is great, pockets, pockets, pockets, & the best part is opening it, it opens180 degrees like completely flat. Do you know how amazingly convenient this was at TSA checkpoint!. If you're not sure, get it!

The bag I got was the classic commuter business briefcase. It has a removable strap and can easily slide on to the top of a luggage handle. The case opens up in a way that makes going through the airport security easier. It also has space for pens and chargers and other smaller items you may need easy access to in the front. The bag feels pretty light weight even when loaded down with stuff. I do wish they had more color options but black does match with everything so i guess you can’t go wrong there. The hand carry Straps are a bit thin for my liking but I do like that they are a leather-like material. The bag also is made of water resistant polyester. I was easily able to fit my laptop and a thick file folder charger and a smaller laptop and still have plenty of room. The bag is a thinner material then I was expecting but it comes with safe port technology to help from bumps and accidents.

Nice for the money. Plenty of room and pockets. Compact. Love it.
