This was an amazing gift for my daughter in laws 1st Mother’s Day. My son is military and wasn’t home so I shared her 1st Mother’s Day with her and her new baby. I was able to get the baby’s foot and hand prints which she hadn’t been able to do. Great gift idea for many occasions.

Got the results about 24 hours after they received it. The directions make you nervous, but I think they are intentionally like that in the same way silica packets say not to eat, ie for the slower people who need it spelled out for them. I read reviews about the shipping on these things and people complaining about that, blaming the company. Look most DNA tests are way more expensive, so given that I opted for the cheaper one I did not expect overnight shipping, and if the package gets lost that is on the post office, not the company. Just make sure you have your tracking number and follow it. My package was supposed to arrive on the 24th, it was in the correct city and everything, then for some reason the post office sent it an hour away which caused a two day delay, it would be silly of me to blame this company for that when clearly it was the post office. You still have the option to just pay for overnight service yourself if you are worried about it. All in all great product and it shut up my fiance who only ever said anything because he knew I couldn't prove anything unless we did a test and he thought I'd be to cheap to do it.

Read all the reviews looked decent bought it . Did the swabs mailed em in took 3 days to deliver within 24 hours I had my accurate results .

Very fast turnaround! They received my samples on Saturday and I got the results on Monday! Highly recommended.

Needed this for later use and just wanted peace of mind knowing it’s worth the thought towards. Just took forever so had my doubts. Two weeks is too long for life changing news.

I bought this thinking I would get results in 24-48 hours ( once they received ) . Well, It’s been almost 4 days and I can’t even get them to answer my messages . I thought they were a reputable company, because of the reviews, but don’t be deceived. The least they could do is, is answer my messages and say, hey it’s taking a little more time . I am getting nothing . They advertise 12-24 . What’s up with that ??? I messaged them 4 times ,and they answered me once , and said they would get back , and never did . I’m sorry, but I would choose another company . I really did have high hopes , but I was wrong . I’m sure this review won’t help my case . Obviously, My case is a time sensitive situation, that is why I paid what I did , to get the results back as soon as possible. If there was an issue, all they had to do was let me know . Unfortunately, I can’t get them to respond, and there is no phone number to contact them .UPDATE ON REVIEW:I RECEIVED MY RESPONSE 1 hour after I posted this review. So, I did receive a response. It wasn’t in the time frame they advertised , but within 84 hours. I think for the price, that isn’t a terrible inconvenience.
