Ingenious!
These are great! What an easy and ingenious way to set up your wooden file drawers. Instead of driving yourself crazy trying to set up those awful aluminum frames, just snap these on to the sides of your file drawers (you have to ensure they will fit though). They are as sturdy as the drawer itself and can hold a lot of weight and files. My husband was really happy that I found these.

A Good Possibility But Not for Me
I love these and would have kept them if there was a piece to put in middle of legal size lateral file so I would have two front to back letter size hanging file holders. Had to return but if you have a single file drawer, and measurements match ,this would be great. Very Easy to install and I think it would support weight of files even though they are made of some kind of plastic, they seemed solid.

Helped my hanging files
My desk at school was missing the railings, making it difficult to use any hanging folders in the drawer. These solved the problem. I used two of them intact, but they were about 6 inches too short. I took one other one and my husband sawed two 6 inch pieces from it. I added them and now the whole drawer is covered. It solved the issue of my hanging files dragging on the wooden drawer!

Convenient
Easy to use. Need a sharp knife or hand saw to cut to size. Much easier to install than the metal file frames as long as the drawers have raised sides.
