I add this to my water every morning. It's not a strong flavor, but is light & refreshing.

These are great and the flavor is perfect!! These were great for traveling.

I drink this multiple times a day. It's helped me increase my water consumption, decrease my caffeine consumption, and as an added benefit, helps ward off hangovers (on the rare occasions that I drink).

Beet juice for color- not red #4 or whatever. Good stuff!

Took this stuff with me when I was traveling Europe. Definitely a life saver to support the time changes, long travel times, dehydration, woozy feelings I would experience.

All the other ones Ive tried are too sweet. When I saw this had only 7 grams of sugar I ordered it. When I tasted it, I found it was juat as sweet as all the others. In checking rhe label more closely, I saw that it also has stevia. Why does everything have to be so sweet?! Too sweet for me. My bad. Ill keep it and dilute it.

It worked very well and has a pleasant taste. If you need hydration this should do thr job!
