I needed to get more protein per my nutritionist and I’m a picky eater with Celiac Disease. This pancake mix is phenomenal! Wish they had a bulk amount to purchase, it’s small-ish package and expensive to buy a lot at once.Tried the cinnamon swirl and not too crazy on that flavor but I’m gonna keep experimenting that one!

Just add water and a little oil and you have waffles! Easy, peasy. Taste good too.

If you follow the instructions for adding egg and milk to the mix it makes it like water. Have to add twice as much mix as stated in instructions. For the price would expect better. Small package for the price. Wont buying again

I purchased this with the intent to make low dog at high protein donuts for my kids to have for breakfast. They really need a lot of protein to feel satisfied and I’ve been testing different recipes. When I made this batter per the protein plus recipe it was very runny which I expected for a pancake batter but didn’t want to waste any so did a trial run in a small plan first. They came out fine but were kind of flat and not a ton of flavor. For the rest of the batter I added a good bit more of cinnamon, vanilla and a touch of baking powder so they would fluff a bit more. The photo is the last batch. For 2 cups of mix I got 18 donuts. Not sure if this is worth the value but they are pretty good. I typically use a regular pancake mix and add seasoning and Earth Chimo vanilla protein. I probably will try the pumpkin flavor for this protein powder and also the peach flavor for our ninja creami. Overall happy with this and how it came out and price isn’t terrible for protein.

These were way better than expected! I made 2 servings which gave me 2 large pancakes. I put a dollop of vanilla flavor fat free yogurt, some sugar free syrup! 51 grams of protein!! Under 500 calories. I will definitely buy again.

One of the worst pancake mixes I have tried. I must have odd taste buds.

This is the best tasting protein pancake mix I've eaten! It tastes like a real pancake, which in my experience, is hard to do with a high protein pancake mix. It's not overly dry like other mixes as well. The pancakes don't really rise, but I don't care because they taste so good. My only wish is that the mix was cheaper so that I could have them every morning!
