Don’t hesitate, it’s good
The Confectioners Sugar substitute by Swerve is definitely high quality.Everything from the appearance to the texture is indistinguishable from “the real thing.”It’s not super cheap, but it seems like that’s the norm if you’re trying to make some healthier choices. And no doubt, cutting out sugar has some health benefits. Including the fact that by using this in place of regular sugar, you can decrease your caloric intake.I also find that when I’m making coffee drinks with this and eating better, I don’t have the cravings for/or even miss real sugar.It’s actually the opposite. Once I get used to eating a higher protein, lower calorie diet, I find that most prepackaged or “junk” food tastes far too sweet.I haven’t baked with this product but I would, without any fears.And the ingredients are far better than the ones in those pink packet sweeteners!I’m impressed with Swerve. And I think you will be too. Hope this helps!

Good product if you use artifical sweetners!! I try to stay away from sugar as it is one of my only vices and I'm addicted.

Swerve brown sugar 😍

A Tad Pricey, But Otherwise Perfect
Looks, smells and tastes just like brown sugar. Used it for baking banana bread (I substituted a portion of the required sugar), which turned out great. The only slight drawback is the price, but then again, us diabetics are kinda used to the sugar free premiums on groceries.

This is a pleasant sweetener and does not appear to elevate blood sugar.

Great sugar substitute with no aftertaste
This sweetener works well and doesn’t have the aftertaste of many artificial sweeteners. It is also easy to use because it measures the same as regular sugar which makes it easy to substitute into my regular recipes.

Great in coffee
I use 1 tbsp of Swerve and 1 tbsp of Torani sugar free caramel syrup in my cold brew coffee, along with almond milk. It's a great "sweet" flavor that gets me out of bed! Swerve adds a rich, almost caramel flavor.
