FRESH, good batch.
I live in Northern Michigan, and the inventory turnover of non-mayonnaise based foods is pretty slow. These were a bit costly, but came to my door in a jiffy and were of really good quality. Easy to rinse, and no stones or pea skins in the batch.Overall, great and just what I needed to make dahl and soup.

Excellent Indian Split Peas
I was happy to find these Indian split peas - they are much better than the well-known brand I usually get in the grocery store. As soon as they arrived I made soup with them, which turned out delicious. I recommend this product
