Amazing customer service
I purchased this treadmill about 2.5 years ago. I use it every weekday for at least 7 hours (walking slow pace). It is still working great! The display values are no longer accurate but otherwise it is working perfectly.I recently reached out to the company about getting a new remote because the buttons on the one I have was starting to have a delay in response and the seller replied within 12 hours for each message even on the weekend and worked with me to get a new remote. Customer service is 10/10. Will purchase another one of these treadmills if needed when the time comes.

Has a mute button!
The media could not be loaded. So far so good! I only received this yesterday, so will update later if anything changes.I went from being a law student walking back and forth to class every day (~1 mile each way), plus riding my bike to work almost every day (~2 mile each way), plus going on a hike a few times a week (2.5 miles up 2,000 foot of elevation gain and back), plus the gym a few times a week, to suddenly I am a licensed attorney sitting in my office all day and making it to the gym 3 times a week for an hour if Iâm lucky and snacking all day while drinking too many cups of coffee. Iâve gained 5 pounds since I started my job in August! đđ I knew I had to make a change before this slippery slope goes any further.Did a LOT of research on different options. This one does NOT have an incline, but max speed is 6mph, and I wanted a higher top speed than most machines offer in case I ever feel the need to have a quick 5-minute jog to blow off some steam. Itâs a decently long tread, but not unwieldy. Before I purchased, I didnât realize the sound could be muted on this model! Super nice to know I wonât be bothering my legal assistant at her desk outside my office. The noise of the treadmill is probably about what youâd expect from a mini-treadmill. The video I uploaded shows cycling through a few different speeds for you to hear how loud it is, as well as how loud the noise is when the sounds are NOT muted. For sound/walking reference, Iâm 5â 3â, 150lbs.As others have noted, the âpowerâ button makes the machine move or stop, itâs the switch at front that turns the machine off and on.The âMâ button changes whether the display rotates, or whether it stays on one setting. The circle arrow button resets the machine, but ONLY if the machine is in standby, not running.âPâ means preset program â the instruction manual shows a graph of different programs, where it changes the speed at different intervals, presumably to keep you on your toes. As far as I can tell, there isnât any kind of indication on the display what program youâre using. You can also set a specific distance or calorie count that you want to hit, and it will count backwards and stop once youâve hit your goal.Easy to adjust to make sure the belt stays in position and to lubricate.ADJUSTING THE BELT:Note that adjusting the belt is twisting a bolt to move that particular side of the tread further away or closer to the rest of the machine â only adjust one side at a time, otherwise youâre defeating the whole purpose of the adjustment! The instructions make it look like you are supposed to complete boxes 1, 2, and then 3, but you are only supposed to adjust one side at a time. Turn the left bolt to the right (tighten, and moves end further away from the machine) if the belt is tracking to the left, or vice versa. Loosen both bolts (turn both to the left, moving both ends closer to the machine) if the belt is too tight and wonât move.Fingers crossed that this sucker lasts for a while!

Does not match the listing title but does what I bought it to do
Note: Description says 2-in-1, but this is *not* the 2-in-1 model. It's under-desk only. That said, for the 15 minutes it has been working so far I am happy with my purchase. The weight is reasonable for a petite woman to manage alone, particularly with the well-balanced structure and the front wheels. (Without the wheels it would be hopeless.) It was well packaged and everything worked right out of the box. The belt is smooth and is both wide and long enough for my natural stride (which is long and fast, to make up for my short stature). It's a bit of a balancing act to get used to, but that's not an inherently bad thing. Quite the opposite. But be aware if you have balance issues that it may take some adjustment, and you will want to be doubly cautious. I can already tell I would prefer a slight incline, so that's worth taking into consideration if your knees or hips are less functional than they used to be. I've typed this whole review while walking at 2.5mph though, and after a slight matter of getting used to the idea it's perfectly fine. Good for working on my proprioceptive senses.

Treadmill and customer service are both excellent
In short: If you are thinking about buying this treadmill and are looking at reviews to decide if it's worth it, go ahead and buy it. The value for the price is exceptional, and the GOYOUTH customer service is excellent. If you remember nothing else:-Keep the treadmill lubricated. Follow the manufacturer's instructions closely. This is important.-If you need to tighten or adjust the belt, (seriously) only do a quarter turn at a time unless you know what you are doing.-Take a break if the motor or belt gets too hot. Put it on a pad instead of on carpet for better airflow if you need to.-Email GOYOUTH customer service and attach a video of whatever problem you are running into. They will very nicely tell you how to keep it from breaking.Full story:I've had this treadmill for just shy of a year, having purchased in January of 2023. The first couple of months, I used it pretty infrequently - few hours here or there couple of times a week and things were easy and seamless. As the year progressed, I started using the treadmill more and more often until it was seeing a few miles of walking 4 or 5 times a week. When I first ran into trouble, full disclosure, it was my fault. I didn't do enough research to know how or when to maintain this piece of equipment and - I cannot stress this enough - did not understand how important it is to keep the machine well lubricated for the best running. Every time I reached out for help, the customer service team would watch the short video and send back tips and directions for how to get it back in good working order.I continued using this treadmill more and more over the days and weeks until I've been walking 5 miles a day, 6-7 days a week. Take good care of this machine and you will absolutely get your money's worth. The ability to walk while working and get some exercise while filling out spreadsheets has been nothing short of life changing. In the end, when I needed a replacement, I think they had it shipped out to me way faster than expected, especially in the middle of the holiday season. Any doubts I had about whether or not this purchase was worthwhile are gone after seeing how kind and quick their customer service team has been resolving any issues that cropped up (which were almost all my fault). Is it perfect? No - the remote's only OK and she's loud when you plug her in for the first time, but this is probably the best value to money purchase I've made this year. Maybe in years. Buy it.
