Why did you pick this product vs others?:Have purchased several puzzles from this manufacturer (Kodak/RoseArt). The quality of the pieces and the vibrant color of the image are terrific. Very enjoyable to assemble. This is definitely a keeper.

Box was correct, puzzle inside was not. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE AT ALL!
UPDATE: THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CLAIM TO HAVE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT THEY DON'T. AMAZING SUCH A LARGE COMPANY IGNORES THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUYER BEWARE!The box came sealed, but the puzzle inside was not the heart puzzle I ordered. I received the Abraham Hunter Bear Mountain puzzle instead. As lovely as it is, it's not the puzzle I ordered or paid for. I have contacted RoseArt but still haven't heard back from them.They lost a star because I have reached out 3 times now to customer service and STILL haven't heard back from anyone. Customer Service is apparently nonexistent.

Really cute puzzle, but the pieces don't stay together as well as some other brands.
