Fits my 30" Masterbuilt electric smoker well
The cover for my Masterbuilt 20077214 30" electric smoker disintegrated, and the controller also went belly up, but I was able to find a replacement controller for a reasonable price, so I decided to order a new cover also. This cover seems to be well made ... the material is a good bit heavier than the original cover that came with the smoker, so I'm hopeful that it will last a long time. The cover has some velcro straps on the sides, presumably to improve the fit for smaller smokers, but the cover fits my smoker pretty well, so for my purposes they are just annoyingly in the way, so I will likely cut them off. I use a couple of old hard drive magnets to secure the cover at the bottom because my deck faces west and I've had the smoker cover leave the premises on a windy day before, and those magnets will further negate the potential benefit from the velcro straps. There are two handles on the top, which don't seem entirely necessary for a smallish cover like this, but they also won't cause any issues. All in all, I'm pleased with this cover.

Much better
Received this yesterday and put it on my smoker immediately. It is far thicker then the one I had previously from Masterbilt. Time will tell how it will hold up, but based on the material, I think it will last a lot longer than my previous one.

OK, with a low temperature problem.
This is my first propane smoker. I've used it once so this is an early review. For the last few years I've borrowed a friend's Cook Shack smoker - a great electric unit. However, Cook Shack smokers retail for over $1000 so when I found this one on sale I decided to give it a try. PROS: 1) Instructions are clear and assembly was easy. A one person, one hour job. 2) Although this unit is tall, it's not heavy and can be moved around by one person. 3) The first batch of ribs were wonderful so it performs as advertised. 4) The cook box is roomy - can easily accommodate 5-6 racks of ribs. CONS: 1) The desired low end temp of 225 for smoking is impossible to maintain. On an 75 degree day in Minnesota, with propane at the lowest setting, an external temp monitor and the thermometer on the cabinet read 238 at the lowest, and closer to 300 most of the time. Of course, opening the door to spray / baste what your cooking lowers the temp, temporarily. Cuisinart would do well to find a way to lower the flame. 2) The cabinet is not insulated so surfaces get very hot. I'll see how it performs in cold weather. A lower ambient temperature might take care of the overheating problem. TIPS: 1) the enamel water / wood chip tray DOES NOT go on the bottom of the cabinet. If you place it there it will extinguish the flame every time. There are brackets a few inches up. 2) Cover the enamel tray with aluminum foil for easier cleanup. 3) A full rack of ribs won't fit. You'll have to cut them in half. 4) Water in the enamel tray boils off quickly. I had to refill it several times during a 6 hour cook. A second tray is provided so I'll try using both next time. So the bottom line: This Cuisinart smoker is affordable and performs as advertised. In spite of the low end temp problem, I'd buy it again.

Very nice cover
Great cover for the money. Thick and heavy duty. Prefect size and what I needed. Now I will see if it last in the florida sun and weather. My last cover was thin and cheap, didn't last over a year.
