It was difficult to get the bolt holes to line up. Could be better, could be worse.

Our vehicle is put through a lot in the line of rescuing dogs. This was an excellent replacement part when our handle broke on a rescue call. I'm not sure how long it will last because of the plastic parts, but it has held up so far. It functions as described and fits exactly as described.
