Great for at home repair
The jack works great and is something I carry in the back of my car whenever needed. The only issue I've faced is the case, you've got to put the jack back into it in a very specific way to get it to close, and after a while, the clips on the container become too flimsy to close it.

Pro-LifT F-2315PE Hydraulic Jack: light jack, good case, good jack
The "blow molded case" is a cheap case with clips that like to fall off. Duct Tape them (broken or not) and call it good enough. The is super light, and does what it says. There was a good sale, so I bought two of them. Both had no issues lifting my Saturn Vue off the ground multiple times. I had no issues slowly dropping the jack with a 1/4 turn of the handle. I even had one supporting the car for 3 days without loosing any pressure/height.I use a 2x4 block of wood against the frame of the car to spread the load (and give an extra 1.5 inch lift).Like most folks... what I do with a jack most of the time is... store it. With their size and weight, these worked great for that. AND they worked great as jacks when I needed it.NOTE: Both jacks went about a 1/2 inch higher on first use, but all subsequent uses were consistently the same height.

Not nearly as robust as rated
I bought this after reviews indicated that it was strong and reliable. I found the opposite to be true. I tried this jack to rotate tires on my Toyota Tundra. It struggled to lift the rear end of the vehicle. When I tried to lift the front of the truck this thing simply quit. I lowered it, checked the screw for the release, and tried again. It simply quit. I don't know how they could rate this at 3 tons. I should have been capable of lifting the entire truck. Instead it couldn't even raise the front. I didn't see a place for return on the order history on Amazon, so I guess I can chalk this one up as a very bad experience. Please don't put yourself through this if you have something heavier than a small car.
