Delicious trusted brand!
Delicious, fresh, dried (not soft, so they won't grow mold) and a GREAT value, compared to buying it locally, in smaller bags.I've been buying this brand for years, and have tried a few other brands, and can easily tell the difference, these just taste clean.Perfect topping for yogurt, or an ACAI Bowl!

Great quality berries with a natural sweetness
I’ve tried a few different goji brands before, and these are some of the best I’ve had. The berries are plump, clean, and have that slightly sweet, slightly tangy flavor I love. I usually toss a handful into my tea blends or oatmeal bowls for an extra boost. They rehydrate beautifully in hot water, which tells me they’re really fresh. No sulfites is a big plus too. Definitely a pantry staple now.

Love these goji berries , they are delicious. My only complain is that they are expensive for the size of the bag

Healthy, Tasty, and Full of Benefits
I started using goji berries for their superfood benefits, but I stayed because they’re delicious! These are high quality — not too dry, not too soft — and packed with nutrients. I add them to my smoothies and salads for a boost of vitamins and antioxidants. They’re a little pricey, but I feel good about investing in my health.

It is decent Goji but not premium product
This is a one pound of dried Goji berries that are smaller than I am used to. It is also drier than other Gojis I tried. That could be an advantage since the product is sold by weight, you do get more product than if it was moist.Other reviewers have noted moldy gojis in their bag and I did notice my bag having the same issues. I just picked them off.Other reviewers have noted that in Chinatown you could get goji berries cheaper. I have gotten them in Chinatown and I noticed they came with warning that it has to be rinsed and cooked. I guess it would be good to be used in cereals or in homemade granola where you can use wet cooked gojis. In this day of instant gratification, I do not see myself reaching out and snacking on the Chinatown version of goji that I have to rinse it.Will I continue to get this Navitas product from Amazon ? Yes as it has been certified to be Organic and Kosher (meaning clean). The price is decent. So I can snack on them and get the nutritional benefits. Goji is said to have one of the highest concentration of Zeaxanthin, an antioxidant important for vision and it is being studied for prevention of Macular Degeneration. Note that Goji juice does not have a measurable amount of Zeaxanthin. You have to get it from dried fruit.I bought a container of Goji berries in a reputable Chinese Medicine Pharmacy in Beijing and that was like the best Goji berries I had. It was larger in size and they were evenly the same size. I paid nine dollars for the half pound container. I find that getting a regular shipment from Amazon to be a tad more convenient than going to Beijing to get Goji berries.4-15-11 Addendum.I got my second bag of this product and it was a much greater improvement over the first bag I received. The berries were actually larger (just like the ones I got in Beijing!) and it was more moister. And it actually tasted sweeter. Looks like they may have gotten a different supplier and this bring closer to the premium grade. One colleague of mine who is the head of Nutrition Society for Optometrists tells me that a store in Pasadena, California sells Goji berries that are moist like raisins. I have not seen those but sounds good and sounds expensive! Anyhow, the second bag of this specific product shows a much greater improvement and I am very happy!

The quality of the berries was excellent, and I did not experience any issues with ...
First time trying goji berries and was expecting a berry-like flavor. I was surprised to find that they have a more bitter and earthy flavor to them, but it grew on me quickly. The quality of the berries was excellent, and I did not experience any issues with mold or leaves being present, as others have mentioned.I eat them straight out of the bag to satisfy my snacking habits while getting a daily dose of antioxidants. I haven't yet tried incorporating them into other foods but I found some ideas on the Down To Earth website:1. Raw: First and foremost, eat them raw! A small handful a day will do.2. Juice: Goji berries are also available in juice form. Down to Earth carries 100% Goji Juice without any added sugar, or color.3. Tea: Goji berries can be used to brew in a tea. You can add a handful of goji berries to a big glass of hot or cold water (or herb tea) and let sit and hydrate for 5 to 10 minutes. They become plump and juicy. You can drink the tea and eat the hydrated berries which are loaded with antioxidants.4. Smoothies: Soak a handful of goji berries in water for 10 minutes. Once they are plump and juicy, add them to your favorite smoothie. It won’t make much of a change to the taste or consistency of your smoothie.5. Trail Mix: You can also add goji berries to your favorite trail mix. Or, make your own by mixing your favorite nuts and dried fruit with some goji berries. Kids like it when you add some chocolate or peanut butter chips to the goji trail mix.6. Cereal: Just like raisins, add some goji berries to your hot or cold cereals in the morning.Muffins and Scones: Add goji berries to muffins or scones just as you would raisins.7. Goji Energy Bars: Blend a handful of goji berries together with cup of walnuts, ½ cup almonds, and 5-6 dates in a food processor. Roll the mix into balls or spread in a deep pan to make bars.8. Add to Soups: This has been a common use of goji berries in Chinese cuisine for thousands of years.
