Great filter 5*
Great filter 5*Easy to install and you can feel the water taste difference instantly.Quick tip for UK buyers- make sure you get the UB system that comes with flexible hoses and adaptors for 1/2 inch that is the most common in the UK, unless you want to drill a hole in your countertop for the provided faucet that comes in the package. No more jugs that needs cleaning and no more cartridges that needs replacing every 4 weeks.Customer service amazing and very responsiveOverall very satisfied with the filter.

Excellent customer service and good product
Exceptional customer service!I've contacted the customer service a year after my purchase and they solved my query to higher standard that I'd expect. They were polite, timely and even sent follow up when I didn't reply to make sure I have best service. As to water filter- I'm happy with the output, similar to Brittany but minus the jug and needing to remember to buy cartridges.I recommend them to friends and family

Makes the water so much better
Got this to replace a small generic version which used the tube shaped filters similar to those in a fridge water dispenser. The small ones only lasted a short time and seemed to be of variable quality so I replaced with this one. Easy to fit (I did need my box of parts to get the right connectors though) only took a short time to do. I cut in a shut off valve at the same time and had to cut out a section of pipe where the quick fit connector of the old system was as it used the pipe puncture type connection (not sure what the real name is!) so I took that off and replaced the section that had the hole.Water quality seems very good, flow is much faster that the old one, taste is improved as we live in a hard water area and the water can sometimes taste "dry" due to the chalk. the filter looks easy to replace, just a twist off, twist on and says it should last for 15 months which, although more expensive, is good compared to the 3 months of the others. the cost of replacement looks to be slightly more than 5 of the other filters (over the same length of time) but the quality of the filtering is worth that little bit extra.

Cancer and birth defect warnings
I have bought this product after reading the myriad of raving reviews about it. It arrived within the scheduled delivery period and well packaged as does most Amazon packages. Unfortunately, I didn’t install it because a warning on the box says there is a cancer and birth defects likelihood. I am befuddled as to why it is that such admittedly dangerous products are allowed to be sold to unsuspecting customers. Did the thousands of folks who gave such glowing reviews not read the warnings on the box? I can’t see how such a product can be deemed functional. Or suitable for human consumption. This is water, one of life’s most essential resource. What’s incorporated into these filters that would compromise one’s health and safety and wellbeing? As regards value for money, evidently there is nothing valuable in buying a water filter that is going to ultimately kill you or your family in the long term. I’m definitely returning this admittedly cancer causing “water filter”

Great price and improved water quality instantly
So we had a brittas filter jug and was getting old.Was not cost efficient at all and sometimes we could still taste the chemicals after filtering water when we boiled the water in the kettle with a new filter in the jug.!This was a game changer for us as in London water is not great a all in our areas. It’s been so cost effective and very consistent in water quality for both tea and as drinking water.Filter I think needs changing once a year or even longer depending on family size and water usage.I have told all my friends just get this as it does improve the water quality for sure.Fitting it was easy and cartridge below sink unit in cupboard is so thin it does not take up much space at all which was our main worry as tight cupboard and storage space.Lots less hassle than brittas jug and it’s expensive cartridges.
