Olivia is the BEST!This is by far the best company and best customer service I have ever had. I ordered an under sink filter and received it within a week. Now, I'm not a plumber or have any plumbing experience but it looked pretty easy to hook up. Needless to say, I attached the wrong hose to filter and couldn't get it off. Called the number on the card inside the box and spoke to Olivia who mailed me a new hose. I couldn't get the other hose out of the eyelet so she mailed me a new filter head and additional hoses and clips and connectors! ALL FOR FREE!! Olivia also emailed me an instruction video and tracking information for everything. Olivia and Waterdrop are the BEST! I will tell all my friends and family about them!!! Now we're enjoying good, clean water without all the chemicals and plastics.

I like this brand... I used them for over 10 years for the clean water... best part is that their filters last a long time... I used above the sink filter for years and got under sink filter when I renovated my kitchen.

Been drinking Brita for a while, and you can definitely taste the water after the 1st week of a new filter (Southern California water). On top of that the constant refilling was becoming rather tedious. This filter installs extremely easily, with different attachment sizes for the water connection. The filter was extremely easy to mount to the walls underneath the cabinet, and the best is the removal of the filter is a simple twist. So far the water tastes much better, and I cannot comment regarding the 2 year water replacement interval, as our household goes through a lot of water. Even if it doesn't last 2 years, 1 year would be good. The replacement filter is priced at $36, which is extremely good even if I have to replace it in a year. So much more convenient, and better water. There is also no water reserve to take up space underneath the sink. I don't know how water quality compares to multiple stage filters, but this is already definitely good enough for the taste, easy install. Highly recommend!

I found installation wasn’t super easy. I called customer service and they helped me with the issue I was having. I called back again as I had a leak after installing. I sent a video and they made sure my problem was resolved. I wouldn’t try doing the installation myself again but I really appreciate the customer support. The filter itself works great. Water tastes great. I recommend the product but recommend getting help with installation.

The installation itself was straightforward. It took me 10 minutes to install. However, a leak occurred the next day after installation between the bolt connecting the valve to the waterline. After tightening the bolt, it was fine for a while, but after a few days, the leak occurred again. I applied Teflon tape and reinstalled, but the leak occurred again. The leak does not seem to be coming from the area where the Teflon tape was applied, but between the valve body and the O-ring. I have contacted the Water Drop Company for advice, but have not heard back yet.I had the water alarm, so I was able to find it and take care of it quickly, but without it, I would have been in big trouble.If you don't have a water alarm, I recommend hiring a professional instead of trying to install it yourself.All of the leaks occurred while I was preparing dinner by repeatedly using the filter.Other than the 3 leaks, I am satisfied with it.Update 9/13/24Great customer service. I received a new unit to replace the old one, installed it and it is still working fine with no leaks.

Had a little issue after a couple of months but the customer service is unbeatable. They took my concern quickly and seriously and made sure the issue was resolved and quickly. Thank you for great tasting water.

The media could not be loaded. Okay okay! I loooove it! This coming from someone that doesn’t know a lick about plumbing anything- this water filter was very easy to install, even when my pipes are wacky with horribly put together kitchen plumbing. If I can do it, you can do it!Install took less than an hour- would take less time with no outliers, the unit is light weight, this filter is easy to change, comes with everything you need (other than a drill to hang the unit but it’s just two small screws that hold it up) and the water tastes amazing right off the bat!Let it run for about 3-5 minutes after it’s all hooked up to prime the system before drinking the water then it’s ready! The flow for the water is on par with my normal sink, it filled a gallon jug in less than a minute and it’s so little it barely takes up any space under the sink! Im very happy with my purchase! If you’re looking to get away from plastic bottles and on a budget, this is a great purchase!I’ll try to remember to update my review in a few months!
