Very sturdy and reliabke
Works exactly as expected, although I wouldn’t recommend this as your one and only clip for a gun holster. I add this clip in addition to the clip it came with and it improves my stability and draw consistency a whole lot.

great for deep pocket carry of a knife
I started getting into EDCing a small fixed-blade knife ( Swisstech Leicht) and the addition of the Ulticlip was an almost perfect solution. This would be perfect if I was looking for a deep concealment of the knife in my pocket but I was looking for a partial concealment as I use my knife multiple times a day at work. I wanted to have the sheaf stick out of the pocket a bit so I would not slice up my pants by mistake.The pros are that the clip gives a solid platform to draw the knife from and by tightening the screws I can control the retention of the knife.The cons are that the clip is too wide, the mounting holes do not allow for partial concealment pocket carry and the clip is too wide as it sits 1/8 of an inch off the sheaf. I know that there is a slim clip now.

The security and carry ability of this clip is amazing. You can put this clip on your belt knife, and clip it straight to your yoga pants or shorts. It will not come off from where it is clipped until you remove it, and it does not damage your clothes. The comfort is very good. It's very easy to attach to the kydex sheath with screws and rubber washers, and it fits perfectly, allowing secure connection anywhere. It is also a great value for the money. When I get a handgun, I'll get another one of these. It's more secure than anything else I've seen.

Really strong retention
This makes a great option for anyone that doesn’t use a belt it clips on to just about anything that fits into the gap and hold tight while you draw out of the holster the clamp stays secure in place
