Disappointing service
Thé light ring is good but they sent me the whole thing without the tripod and then the return window was closed very shortly after the delivery. Super disappointed

Tripod has adjustment knobs of very bad quality
I was very excited to receive my light but unfortunately immediately, when setting it up, the first adjustment knob on the tripod i fastened, had its threads stripped. So now its loose and imposible to adjust to certain height. I was extremely careful with other 2 fasteners, but they just feel of very bad quality and it feels they are going to break ever time i m adjusting the tripod.

This product is not from neewer! I received a open package and a no name brand ring light without the stand. Also the items where opened before. I returned the product and hope I will get my money back.

Well it has missing part the connect the camera holder and the ring light. Its useless without this part!

the soft tube is HARD
why are you tricking people ? the tube that suppose to be soft is hard!!!! I cannot bend it .........
