Ok product
Flimsy refill paper - wet ones dry out very fast but pick up more dirt than the dry refills; dry ones tear fast and don't pick up so much dirt. Will not pick up dirt from grouts. Alright for single room. Does not send as much dust flying compared to a regular broom.

Comfortable to use
The mop system is great, lightweight and comfortable to move around the house, removed 1 star because the disposable pads are terrible both wet and dry ones but I bought reusable mop pads and they work better.

I received this today. It has come without the handle so pls tell me how am I meant to use it?

Oh, please buy it! It will change your concept of cleaning. So practical to not have this obligation of washing your mop head. In 5 mins I mop my house and the work is done, no extra burden.
