I have been postponing buying new knives because I really wanted some good quality knives but not the break the bank kind of knives! I have bought knife sets dozens of times, received them as gifts etc. you know the ones that come in their own knife block. My experience is that the block is usually worth more than the knives. I have purchased electric knife sharpeners, stones etc. and yet they never seem to hold an edge for very long.THESE knives however, are very good quality, I was fortunate enough to find them at a reduced price and I am VERY happy with them. They are RAZOR sharp however so be careful! I sliced my finger tip just washing them!!! They are a little bit lighter weight than I would prefer but at 73 my hands aren’t what they use to be so I think overall they are perfect for me.They came well packaged, with extensive care pamphlet. I have been using them daily for about two weeks now and actually enjoying cooking again. Amazing what a good sharp knife can do!

I grew up in Lennep, about 30 minutes from Solingen, and bought my first knives at the actual factory. By now I have the full series of Professional S. This knife set was purchased as a Christmas gift to my stepdaughter and should last a lifetime, as my knives do. Just have them professionally sharpened evey year or so.The price point for this set is exceptional!No other knives will do.

Feels nice in your hand and very very sharp like knives are supposed to be!

I was hoping these would be razor sharp but they are not. Generally good and OK, the right quality for the price. Not impressed with the minor metal stains on the blades. These have never been put in the dishwasher. OK overall but not a great item for this German name brand.

I have wanted to own Zwilling knives for years but made do with the cheap ones I purchased from local stores. What a mistake! I purchased this set during Prime Days. Every time I use them, I am amazed at how they glide through whatever I am cutting. I plan to purchase additional knives during future Prime Days sales to complete my collection!

I purchased this set at an excellent price and am very happy with them. They are well made, very sharp, well balanced, and comfortable in the hand. I thought it came with a molded holder, but guess not. Still very happy with this purchase.
